Great spot for checking out the sights around here. Had a blast and the staff, especially the maids, were super helpful. Got a room with stunning ocean views 🌊.

The hotel has a perfect view of the ocean. The location is great, very close to the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. The staff are accommodating. The rooms are huge and spotlessly clean.

Clean place with best and efficient staff members and garden views. All the staff was willing to help. Functional, updated rooms and large bathrooms. Wonderful location, large breakfast with variety of food.

Above average, savoury breakfasts with essentially the same dishes and other items in the buffet's and omelettes everyone can find something. The big size bathroom and well-kept and tastefully decorated room. Approximately 10 minutes' drive from airport.

The location was central and convenient. The resort is close to a variety of bars, snack bars, and restaurants. It is also near fun activities and transportation options like taxis and excursions. The quality of bread and meats at the bar was great.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Sandos! The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The clean rooms and public areas were impressive, and we loved the eco-friendly atmosphere with animals scattered throughout the resort. The food options were plentiful and delicious, especially the Mexican grill and the Brazillian steakhouse. The private beach was like paradise, and we enjoyed the quieter side away from the noise. a truly amazing hotel experience!

I had just perfect stay, the place is beautifully kept and gorgeous!

Its location was lovely, next to the beach and the water park and airport. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the beach bar.

The rooms here are all practical and brand new, with bunk beds, air conditioning, and WiFi, offering an unbeatable and magnificent location just a short walk away from everything we needed.

Speedy check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Snack bar and great pool. Central location conveniently close to 5th Avenue as well as the local Playacar Shopping Mall.

great stay at sandos in playa del carmen! exceeded expectations, staff friendly, amazing food options. loved the beach area with palm trees and daily activities. room was just as pictured, near pools and restaurants. received a nice letter from gm after a small issue. will definitely return next year!

We felt really good. The services, the food, the restaurants, the location, everything were better than we expected. They respect and considered our requirememnt to get a quite room.

The employees were generous with their time and help. Our rooms were kept spotless and the restaurant staff was wonderful.

The food at the reservation only restaurants was awful although the wait staff was great. The buffets had much better food.
